Shipping policy

All packages arrive at your local post office. Your local postman either delivers the package or leaves a notice in case you are not at home.
We currently offer a worldwide service with 2 shipping options:

1 .AirMail free of charge for any quantity and items (only $ 2.5 for handling and tracking service for order) It usually takes 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.

2. EMS Courier Delivery's ($20) waiting period is 3-8 business days. Please be notified that EMS is unavailable in several countries. If you can not choose EMS as your shipping method, that means that it is unavailable in your country.

Unfortunately, the delivery can take a little longer because of the delay at customs, which doesn't depend on our delivery service. That's why we can't guarantee, that you will receive your order in time. The package may be also delivered earlier. All medications on our site are available to be shipped to you immediately. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We'll do our best to pack and ship an order promptly . You will get an automatic e-mail notification once your order is approved.
We will do everything for in-time delivery. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, be sure we will do our best to solve the problem.

Return policy

  • If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product you purchased contact our Customer Support Team.


  • If the product was received damaged or defective or the company shipped the incorrect product we will resend your order free of charge.


  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us within 120 days . You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unused, unopen and in the same condition it was received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging


  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 


  • Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.


  • It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.


  • The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

You will get a discreet package so nobody will know about your order except you. Besides, we do not indicate the cost of your order on the package - it is sent as a gift. You do not need to pay customs fees.

The checkout process uses industry-standard SSL encryption that ensures the privacy and security of all your information. Moreover your confidential information and privacy is under reliable protection. Products won't appear on your credit card statement.

Usually we do not call our customers. We prefer to communicate with our customers via email. However you are to indicate the right telephone number otherwise the order may be cancelled by the Address Verification System.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Thailand Air Registered Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature.  Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Handling fees are fixed (only $ 2.5 for handling and tracking service just one time for order We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and Handling fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
